LETTER FROM OUR DIRECTOR
Welcome to Messiah Lutheran Preschool. I am delighted to introduce you to our educational programs that will enrich your child’s world. Each day in our classrooms, our exceptional teachers give students the opportunity to:
develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ through the Word of God
acquire basic Bible knowledge
develop social skills based on a Christian value system
develop age-appropriate academic concepts
develop independence, self-motivation, and a positive attitude
develop and use the senses in learning processes
develop large and small muscle coordination
recognize the uniqueness of him/herself and others
develop self-respect, self-worth, and self-understanding
Our students grow and learn in a Christian environment, led by caring and nurturing teachers and staff members. In addition, our program includes
weekly chapel service
half-day program option
optional before-care and lunch programs
active parent fellowship
computers in the classroom
Music is also a large part of our curriculum, and each week, children engage in musical activities, learning seasonal and educational songs. Our students also participate in our Fall costume parade, our Christmas program, a year-end program and a few Sunday church service performances each year.
Please take time to learn more about our school and contact me with any questions or schedule a tour. We look forward to meeting you and your child and welcoming you to our Preschool family.
Sincerely,
Judy Patterson, Preschool Director
